Refund and Returns Policy

In-store Returns

You may return or exchange an item purchased from Fine Wine & Good Spirits at any of our stores within 14 calendar days of date of purchase, or within 14 days of delivery, for orders from FWGS.com (see below for additional details on e-commerce returns). An original receipt is required, and approved returns will be refunded in the same manner as the original method of payment, when available. If your original payment method isn’t available, you’ll be issued a Fine Wine & Good Spirits gift card.  

All sales of Fine Wine & Good Spirits gift cards, clearance items and store closeouts are final and nonrefundable. No returns will be accepted. 

Valid photo ID (driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, military ID, passport, travel visa) is required for all returns and exchanges.  

Online Returns

Items purchased from FWGS.com — except for gift cards, Bordeaux Futures, clearance items, store closeouts and special orders — may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. A Fine Wine & Good Spirits receipt or gift receipt is required, along with proof of delivery date, for all online purchase returns or exchanges. 

  • You must be 21 years or older and provide valid photo identification (ID) for all returns and exchanges.

  • Return items to any Fine Wine & Good Spirits location for a refund in the form of a Fine Wine & Good Spirits gift card.

  • For a refund to your original payment method, you must initiate the return by calling customer service at (800) 332-7522, ext. 4. Returns and exchanges can’t be processed directly through our website. Shipping fees associated with online purchases are nonrefundable. If you had an order shipped to you and it was undeliverable after three attempts, you’ll be charged a $10 failed delivery fee.

Special Order Returns

Each of our wine and spirits suppliers determines its own policies and procedures for accepting special order returns, and they’ll be provided in your special order’s packaging. Returns of special orders are only accepted up to 30 calendar days from the date the order is picked up or delivered to you. You’ll need your order receipt and proof of pickup date.

All returns and refunds for special orders must be processed through our Special Order department by emailing ra-lbslo@pa.gov or calling (800) 332-7522, ext. 1.
